Back When The World Was BIG!http://mikecalhoun.wol.org/blog/blog/Back_When_The_World_Was_BigRachel http://mikecalhoun.wol.org/blog/blog/Back_When_The_World_Was_BigI think a cool way to introduce young ppl to World Missions would be to use what they love & understand.. social networks. You could suggest missionaries they could follow on Twitter friend on facebook, & blogs to read. I follow missionaries & mission groups who tweet & post pictures which bring to life the work they are doing. Getting to know missionaries in this way will help the need hit home. If you are dealing w/ teens who text suggest that they follow them mobily & pray each time the missionary updates. Its like the modern version of hanging a prayer card on the fridge & praying each time you go for a snack. Good analogy or the \"big world.\" Kevin RadfodTue, 27 Oct 2009 19:26:38 -0700http://mikecalhoun.wol.org/blog/blog/Back_When_The_World_Was_Big
